Bury Lane Newsletter July 2020
As we head into a new month, here at Bury Lane Farm Shop and Arrington Garden Centre we are getting used to the ‘new normal’ and hopefully helping you to do the same.
We are constantly reviewing and improving our COVID safety measures to ensure you have a relaxed, enjoyable and friendly visit to both Bury Lane and Arrington. Our supply chains have become much more reliable again and we have good availability on all of your favourite products and new lines that we think you might like.
We are looking forward to seeing you and providing great customer service with a smile this summer.
What's New? Washable Face Masks, Bury Lane Picnic Bags & Jake's Gin
- Fun and funky washable face masks now in stock, in both adult and children’s sizes.
- After the success of our Father’s Day Gift Bags we now bring you Bury Lane Picnic Bags – choose your goodies from the Farm Shop and take it away in one of our super reusable paper bags. Perfect for a day trip or just a picnic in the garden.
- We have teamed up with local artisan gin makers Jake’s Gin who have created their new Strawberry Gin using Bury Lane Farm strawberries. It’s a summer party in a bottle!
Home Grown Flowers
We continue to sell our beautiful seasonal flowers, grown on farm land adjacent to the Farm Shop. We have spectacular oriental lilies all year round and during the summer months we also have peonies and agapanthus. The peony season was short this year due to the weather and we are now selling our amazing agapanthus – rows and rows of these soft purple flowers is quite a sight to behold.
News from Arrington Garden Centre
Since re-opening we have had an exceptionally busy couple of months and want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us so far this year. Our cafe remains closed but the plant centre and garden shop are open 7 days a week for all your green fingered needs.
During lockdown our Marketing Department has been busy bringing us into the 21st century with our very first website providing lots of information and inspiration for both new and experienced gardeners. We think it looks great and really highlights the quality of our plants and the sundries we sell. Click on the link to explore the website. https://arringtongardencentre.co.uk/
